Easy ways to Lose Weight After Giving Birth
When you have had a baby, caring for a newborn can leave you so exhausted that you don't feel like doing most things, especially working out. With your feet on the floor near your hips, raise your hips off of the floor while you keep your head and arms on the floor and your neck muscles relaxed (don't forget to breathe in and out). Slowly return your hips to the floor and then start over. Try to do this twenty times. If you can't do all 20 right away, work up to it. Go for fifty after that.

Bridge Squeeze: For this exercise, you lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground. Put a pillow in between your legs at your knees and then draw your abs inward. Breathe in and then breathe out as you tighten your bottom and lift your hips until your body forms a straight line. After squeezing the pillow for two counts, lower your hips. Do this ten times for three sets.
The Bicycle: In spite of the name, this exercise does not mean that you have to ride a real bicycle. This is an ab exercise that works really well for women who want to lose weight after giving birth. First, lie down on the floor with your knees bent and your calves parallel to your floor. Put your hands behind your head as you take in a deep breathe in and out while sucking in your gut. Keeping your butt relaxed, bring your left knee up to your right shoulder while you extend your right leg. Your shoulders and your head should come up off of the ground as you do this movement. After going back to the beginning position, repeat the motion on the other side. Regularly do three sets of twelve and twenty reps and you will quickly see your baby weight melt away. If you keep up with these exercises three or more days a week and eating right you will shed that baby weight fast. The hard work and motivation you put into losing your baby weight will pay off when you see the results of the weight falling off.
