    I can't believe that a real doctor would offer you a diagnosis and a prescription over the internet, particularly with only the facts you have reported.

    You need to see a real doctor, face to face. Your mitral valve is part of the linkage that moves the oxygenated blood from your lungs to your brain. If it's not working right, your brain may not be getting enough oxygen and the other symptoms could follow. I said "might" because I am not a doctor and am making an educated guess. That's all you should expect from these answers or another website. You need to see a doctor right away. There is no reason for you to hesitate to tell your parents. In these circumstances, you are not required to be sure of what's causing this or to think clearly. You need to report this to them. If they have any sense, they will get you to a doctor right away.     The same thing was happening to me a little while ago, but less "severe."
    I wasn't really eating very often and it was really unhealthy.
    I started eating more often again and lost the same amount of weight :)
    I think you should go to your doctor or talk to your parents about it.

  15. when i was a mommy of a "hyper" boy, i found myself angry at him so often, it seemed he was doing things to intentionally set me off. i wish i had known then that children are just being children. and i didn't know how to be a mommy. i went to bed crying, feeling horrible for the things i had done to him. when more stress was added with the years, i did start having panic attacks. it is important for you to get some help in anger management and how to understand children now, before the years bring on more stress. it only gets worse as they get older. seek medical help in your community. screaming, calling them names like stupid
    is verbal abuse. do it before it damages your relationship with your children. they will start screaming and calling you names in return, it is a cycle you may have learned as a child. ask for help, don't be ashamed. better to start a new way for you and your children to communicate than live in shame and let things get much worse.

  16. It could well be anxiety or panic attacks. They come in various shapes and forms. The feeling that you're in a nightmare and the sensation of everything moving faster are both sensations of anxiety and panic attacks. The feeling of disassociation with yourself, not feeling like it's actually you or the feeling of being severely medicated.

    Snapping out of it by watching a film, cartoons or your mother's voice could be you associating with stuff that eases you. You may just need to associate yourself with something that you really like, or that you know you really like so it brings you back down to reality when you realise it is actually you.

    Talk to a doctor, see a psychologist. You aren't as broken as you think you are, there are easy ways to manage what is going on with you but you need help in order to do it. If you leave it alone it may manifest itself in more anxiety and panic attacks and impede on your social life. Good luck.
